Service Notes: Non-EU Destination - Non-document consignments should be accompanied by 3 copies of pro-forma or commercial invoices.
All charges are shown in GBP and EXCLUDE FSS. VAT will be charged on applicable destinations.
NES: IFDE full declaration entries (goods value +GBP 2,000) where required will incur a GBP 10.00 surcharge per entry. Maximum  weight of piece must NOT exceed 30kgs. Volume 6000:1 All HAWB's must clearly be written on it "VXLBOX" and have a "VXLBOX" sticker otherwise it maybe exported on the express service and higher charges will be payable.
Close out for all destinations is 16:00 - All consignments received after the cut off will only be exported the next working day.
