Viva Xpress Logistics in conjunction with a major integrator have now produced a WORLDWIDE economy service for your clients that can afford to take a few extra days to save ££££'s in transit costs.

With transit times from 3 to 4 days across Europe, 3 to 5 days across Middle East and South America and 4 to 8 days to the Far East and Australasia these options are bound to be a big hit particularly in the current economic climate.

Collections back to UK are also available under the same tariff and prices start from as low as £0.72p per kg but must be booked in advance. You can obtain a quote for ANY worldwide destination by calling our customer service team. 

 

Service Notes

Consignment must be pre-alerted to our office no later than 15:00 on the day of export, close out for all destinations is 16:00.

All consignments received after the cut off will be only exported the next working day.

Non-EU Destinations - Non-document consignments must be accompanied by 3 copies of pro-forma or commercial invoices.

All HAWB’s must clearly “VXLECO” have written on it or have “VXLECO” sticker otherwise it maybe exported on the express service and higher charges will be payable.

There are restrictions on weight and dimension to certain countries please check with CSV for specific details. All business is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

This service has a minimum of 50kgs chargeable.

Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Goods, Excepted Quantities, Diagnostic Specimens and Dry Ice are not accepted on this service.

Volume based on 4:1 (4000) i.e. 250kg/m3.

All deliveries are subject to customs clearance depending on final destination country.
